Dare to Pursue Your Dreams?

Hola...

Wake up this morning, I have been thinking on writing something that might increase value to others. Pray to Allah that I can be someone who can help others achieving their dreams. Suddenly the light inside my mind turn on... That's it...I remember how frustrated I am when what I have been working for , turn out to be such a waste...never mind of that...I learned my lesson. But that's not what I want to share here. Life is so beautiful. Yeah it's so true. What else can you ask for, when you are able to wake up every morning with the birds singing a love song as the background, open your eyes, see your love one lie next to you...It's a beautiful view. So cozy, so peaceful, so tranquil.Alhamdulillah...why border with a piece of obstacle when you live your dreams life???

Talking about life, I would like to share a story of Kyle MacDonald. Great guy who believe in the beauty of his dreams. Pursue his dream to own a house starting with one red paper clip. A significant story that everything is possible. Kyle MacDonald had a paperclip. One red paperclip, a dream, and a resume to write. And bills to pay. Oh, and a very patient girlfriend who was paying the rent while he was once again “between jobs.” Kyle wanted to be able to provide for himself and his girlfriend, Dominique. He wanted to own his own home. He wanted something bigger than a paperclip. So he put an ad on Craigslist, the popular classifieds website, with the intention of trading that paperclip for something better. A girl in Vancouver offered him a fish pen in exchange for his paperclip. He traded the fish pen for a doorknob and the doorknob for a camping stove. Before long he had traded the camping stove for a generator for a neon sign. Not long after that, avid snow-globe collector and television star Corbin Bernsen and the small Canadian town of Kipling were involved, and Kyle was on to bigger and better things.

In One Red Paperclip, Kyle takes you on a journey around the globe as he moves from paperclip holder to homeowner in just fourteen trades. With plenty of irreverent and insightful anecdotes and practical tips on how you can find your own paperclip and realize your dreams, he proves it’s possible to succeed in life and achieve your dreams on your own terms. Quirky and inspirational, this story of a regular guy and a small, red, now-legendary paperclip will have you looking at your office supplies-and your life-in a whole new way.

Here's some review to ponder...

A modern day fairy tale where a brave young man magically turns one red paperclip into a cottage for his fair young maiden. Loved the story from start to finish. -Lisa

His book is written as if I was sitting down with a great friend at dinner and learning about this amazing experience. -Janet

Kyle has a great writing style and gives great advice for following your dreams. Moral of the story: take action and have fun! - Richard

So my dear students, do feel free to visit this blog...http://oneredpaperclip.blogspot.com/. Dare to pursue your dreams? It might sound crazy but hey...all the inventors has been accuse as one, but look at what have they leave to us. Wright brother started with a dream to fly ...and walla... all we know now everyone's can fly. Kyle story and many successful persons stories has inspired me to pursue my dreams. The question here is, how far will you go to realize your dreams? How much price are you willing to pay to achieve it? and again, are you willing to leave your comfort zone to get it?

Been there done that ! too much obstacles but perseverance keeps you stronger each day to keep on moving. The prize??? A mountain of pleasure, satisfaction that can't be bought any where. only those that have acheive their dream will know what I'm talking about. A trophy of your own...in your corner of Hall of Fames. Growing each days, reading and listening to these great stories keep my motivation alives. Now bit by bit I am gonna pass the story to all of you my beloved friends, students and anyone who are in search for ways to pursue their dreams. Wallhualam.
